Do the complete itinerary creation fees include tour guides and accommodations?
No. The fee is for gathering the information and helping you create your itinerary only. Tour guide and accommodation rates are booked separately.
Will I get refunds on tour guides and hotel bookings if I cancel it?
That depends on the tour operators/company you’re booking with. Some hotels/tour operators allow free cancelations while others don’t. Refunds solely depend on the policies of the tour operator. AWO suggests top rated tour operators you can book with.
Can I pay in installments?

If I cancel my trip, will you refund the service fee I paid for the travel planning?
No. Our travel planning team works to bring you the best itineraries and information to make your trip hassle free. If, for any reason, you cancel the trip after we create all (or part of your itinerary if you’re paying in installments) your payment is not refundable.
Are you travel agents?
No. We are AWO’s travel planning and research department. Our team consists of experienced travelers, destination experts, writers, designers and researchers to bring you all the information you need to create a well-rounded itinerary for your trip. We pair and vet travel companies to ensure that all your tour options are of quality as well as safe and reliable as can be.

Me and my two sons had an incredible Bungou Stray Dogs anime tour. The route mapping was perfect. They included all the locations in the anime and even gave us pictures of the spots (anime and real) so we can stand exactly on the same spots. AWO even informed us about the weather and added cool cafés and rest stops so we could take a break from the humidity. Their hotel suggestions were also pretty amazing.

They crafted an itinerary that gave us stunning luxury hotels with pyramid views and helping us book the best Nile cruise. Because of them we used up our 9 days pretty well. Saw the mummy museum in Cairo, Abu Simbel in Aswan, hot air balloon and also a felucca ride. Saw Luxor’s temples and tombs too. They advised us to take a private tour and that helped us to avoid all the crowds.
